Advanced PC Media LLC (APCM) is a Illinois Limited Liability Company that was founded by Steve Sinchak in April 2001. Formally known as Steve Sinchak Media, APCM has created and now manages some of the most recognized Microsoft® related Web sites, including: Tweaks.com and Wingeek.

In addition to Web sites, APCM also developes and distributes software for the Microsoft Windows operating system.
